Ideally sympathetic work. If that’s what you do, then you will have an appealing, art deco-inspired property on your hands with some all-important period features to talk up when visitors call round or when you sell. As we know from our time running this site, original features are highly important when it comes to the 1930s.

In terms of space, that’s made up of the lounge, kitchen and hall on the ground floor, along with three bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor. Outside is a west facing ‘sunny’ rear garden and space for off-road parking at the front.
